I’m Denise, a self confessed hermit.

Look up hermit in a dictionary and it says, “a person living in solitude as a religious discipline.” or “a hummingbird found in the shady lower layers of tropical forests, foraging along a regular route.” I quite like the idea of being that hummingbird but actually the first fits me well. OK, I’m not solitary, I live with a loving husband, two cats, two dogs and have two wonderful children who come to share my riverside retreat. I’m dedicated to those I love and that includes, Jesus. I’m proud to call myself a Christian!
